Reply & Notice:
¡¡¡¡1. If necessary, the recruiting staff will view documents in Email and job site everyday, sieve according to the resume.
¡¡¡¡2. Preliminarily sieve out applicant according to the received resumes. Register the suitable applicant and submit to the desired department for verification; in case of incompliance, the resume will be returned to the HR Dept. 3. In case of compliance, notice for interview will be sent. Generally, we will reply within a week; in case of incompliance, no reply will be given more than a week, the applicant is failed.
¡¡¡¡4. Generally, we will notify the applicant of the interview by phone or by Email.
¡¡¡¡5. Notice content includes: interview time, bus route, contactor and his phone, required documents, etc.
¡¡¡¡6. The applicant should remember the interview notice content carefully. In case of unclearness, especially the contactor and his phone, inquiry should be made at once.
¡¡¡¡7. Effective interview time should be confirmed by the applicant when the applicant is notified.

Interview Requirement & Program:
¡¡¡¡1. Confirm the interview time and arrange the work for the interview well. Learn about the basic status of the applicant according to the resume.
¡¡¡¡2. Confirm the problem according to the post demand and applicant¡¯s basic status.
¡¡¡¡3. A record of interview time, reception and time arrangement should be made by reception personnel for interview according to the priorities.
¡¡¡¡4. Prepare for the interview according to the education level and specialty of the applicant.
¡¡¡¡5. The applicant enters the west tower hall of Dingxin Building, checks in, registers, and goes to FUJICA by lift directly according to the direction of security personnel.
¡¡¡¡6. The reception personnel contact the interview director to indicate the arrival of the applicant, and the director gets the interview prepared.
¡¡¡¡7. Do specialty and management test and record first.
¡¡¡¡8. The staff notifies the interview director and directs the interview place, or the director assigns someone to interview; all documents are submitted to the interview director.
¡¡¡¡9. Wait for the interview result after interview.
¡¡¡¡10. In case of pass, HR Depts. will notify the applicant of the expected report of work directly; if not, the applicant will be declined.
Report Program:
¡¡¡¡1. In case of pass, we will notify the applicant of the formal information and conduct training or report and accommodation procedures.
¡¡¡¡2. Original paper of academic credentials and ID card, photo, etc. should be prepared before report.
¡¡¡¡3. Report on the required date; in case of delay by special situation, please explain to our director.
¡¡¡¡4. Fill the induction registration form according to the requirements, and conduct staff card and accommodation according to the direction of the staff.
¡¡¡¡5. Report and work at the requested department after all procedures above are done.
